I had the pleasure of renting with SaadatRent during my stay in Dubai and I'd say that I was really surprised and pleased with their customer service and quality of the cars! Compared to big car rental businesses, SaadatRent offers an affordable deposit amount and they process the refund within 7 days!!! I had to wait 30 days last time I booked with Avis! Once I go back to Dubai, I will surely rent one of their amazing cars!
