SAADATRENT’s Terms and Conditions for car rental in Dubai, UAE

1. All cars are washed and cleaned and delivered to the customer and the lessor agrees to return the car to a car wash and clean, Otherwise, 25 dirhams will be charged, if the car is dirty. 2. In case of any accident, the lessor should not move the vehicle from the scene before the police inspection. He must deliver all the required documents immediately to the office from which he rented the car, otherwise, he will be fully responsible.
3. The tenant is responsible for paying the daily repair and rent for the period of non-work due to an accident or technical defect due to carelessness.
4. It is hereby agreed between the lessor and the company that in the event of “total loss”; (Car out of cost-effective repair) The lessor undertakes to pay 30% of the total insured value of the vehicle to the company.
5. If you have a fine of more than 200 AED, you must pay the fee when you return the car.
6. In the event of an accident or technical problem, the tenant must notify the company from which he rented the car. The tenant is not allowed to repair without notifying the renting company.
7. In case of non-payment of rent, the remaining for each day of delay will incur 5% of rent.
8. In case of seizure of the vehicle, the tenant is responsible for paying all costs the value of the vehicle, and the rent.
9. For people who do not have a credit card, 1,500 dirhams will be paid as a deposit for 30 days after returning the car.
10. The lessor has a UAE certificate or international driving license that is less than one year from the date of issue or if the lessor is less than 21 years old, will be liable for all damages resulting from any accident.
11. If an accident occurs due to the driver being affected by alcohol or any other alternative that has the same effect, the lessor must then compensate for all damage to the vehicle.
12. The landlord agrees to pay all driving and parking ticket fines during the rental period. The company reserves the right to claim such unpaid amounts from the lessor within three years of the end of such lease.
13. All repairs must be done in dealerships.
14. The lessor company is not allowed to deliver the vehicle to the driver without a license or a person under 21 years of age. Otherwise, he will be responsible for all damages.
15. You are not able to drive outside the UAE. This insurance is valid only inside the UAE.
16. The permission of the lessor’s office is required to extend the period.
17. The company has no responsibility for any cash or valuables belonging to the lessor that may be lost while the vehicle is in his possession or after the full term of the lessor.

19. The tenant is not allowed to transfer ownership of the vehicle to any person.

21. The lessor agrees to use the vehicle for the purpose for which It is licensed. Rental vehicles should not be used for motorsports events, rally racing, and towing of vehicles and for transporting goods in violation of UAE law.
22. The lessor is allowed to drive 250 km per day.
